1. Click on your spyphone
2. Go to the Command Room
3. CLick on the field ops board
4. Click accept Field Op

5. Go To The Snow forts
6. Waddle over to the clock tower Your Spy Phone Will Ring

7. Click on Your Spy Phone and click 'Engage'
8. Complete the puzzle
